All Mies came to life when Walmir Luz became aware of how brands were substantially marking up products based on design: an exploitation tool used to justify massive retail profits. With a background in design, Walmir saw an opportunity to use his skills to revolutionize the retail industry. He partnered with Philip Paul to develop a business strategy that could achieve great products with high-quality standards without the infamous premium price tags. Today, the All Mies brand offers internationally acclaimed designs with high-end materials at a fraction of the price of our competitors. We believe that great design is for everyone, so we aligned vision with action and made it possible!

Every All Mies watch is designed with the highest quality standard in mind. By simultaneously laying out concept and manufacturing processes, a powerful synergy is created, allowing ideas and product development to be symmetrically aligned to design and financial parameters. Our watches were engineered for the daily use: our cases are made of surgical grade 316L stainless steel coated through a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process which makes the final piece extremely resistant to corrosion, scratches and dings; the 5ATM/50M water resistance rate allows it to be submerged in water without internal damage; and the innovative quick release system in every All Mies strap, enables an easy and rapid change of style in a matter of seconds.
Our Founders
OUR FOUNDERS
WALMIR LUZ is an experienced award-winning designer with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University having the planning and vision for the acclaimed NYC 2050 as his thesis. Walmir has worked on major global projects for Gensler, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Wilson Associates. More recently, Walmir has led the creation of the brand and launch campaign for the creative firm, Campbell House. Driven by design with a hunger for innovation, Walmir loves to push the boundaries and defy preconceived ideas to establish new standards.

PHIL PAUL is a Wisconsinite and entrepreneur with small-town values. He began studying architecture where he had the opportunity to develop and be a part of the construction of showcase homes before being selected to attend the prestigious LACC Theater Academy in Los Angeles. This is where he received seven consecutive awards from the KCACTF for his work and contributions to The Untitled Warhol Project. Through a comprehensive series of design, film and fashion experiences, and even a patent-pending under his name, Phil is always motivated and ready for a challenge.
