All Mies watches are manufactured with premium materials and standards and we believe in the quality of our products. Every watch is covered by our limited warranty that covers manufacturers defects.

Our warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Any warranty claim must accompany the original order number and receipt.

The limited warranty covers defects on watch movement, indexes, dial and hands. Any damage caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, batteries, scratches, strap damage or theft is not covered under this warranty.
