Any order payment processed before 6pm during weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Any order received during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL
All Mies ships anywhere on Planet Earth that can be reached by mail services with the exception of these countries: Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, Lybia, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan and Syria. International customers are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. These charges will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Any unclaimed shipment returned to All Mies will not receive a refund for the international shipping fee and will incur a 20% processing fee.

RETURNS
All Mies offers a 30-day return window from the day in which the order was placed.
We cannot accept returns on final sale items, which are identified by a U.S. price ending in .99 or .97.
Just as we do with shipping, returns are ALWAYS free to the original point of sale within the United States.
Products purchased in store can only be returned in store. Similarly, products purchased online can only be returned online.
Products shipped internationally do not qualify for free return and international customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

All returns are subjected to a quality control once received in our warehouse. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and the original packaging included.

Refunds will be processed within 48hrs after quality assessment.
We do not provide refunds for any shipping costs.
Please be aware that refund payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
